Hi! I am Roberto Salodini, a Product and Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience. I am passionate about creating products that make a difference. Currently I am the Senior Product Designer at ISeeChange, a climate resilience startup.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a solid track record of designing and launching innovative products. At Hostelworld, I was responsible for the redesign of the Android and iOS apps, used by thousands of travelers worldwide.

Previously, I was the Lead Designer at Zuper, a fintech startup in Berlin. There I led the design of the app, the branding and the design system.
My experience includes collaborations with the WFP international organization in Rome and various design agencies in Italy. I hold a Master’s Degree in Product and Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy and Tongji University of Shanghai, China.

When I’m not moving pixels on a screen, I love exploring new countries and cultures, blending my travel itch with collaborating on exciting projects (and surfing ).
